Working with the Yehudi Menhuin Foundation
I have been involved with a couple of projects run by the Yehudi Menhuin Foundation. These have all been based around giving children in schools access to quality arts experiences.
The first was a project called iyouwe share the world, which was a storytelling project involving storytellers from seven different countries of Europe. In this project we all helped children from primary schhols to produce a story about the beginning of the world and the stories were then exchanged with a partner school from another country and the children then produced their own interpretation of the other schools work in a different art form ( dance, music, pictures, film.).
